Architect from Catholic University of Valparaiso, 1984. In 1989 he founded Claro and Swinburn Architects (1989-2003), with Jorge Swinburn in which they covered a large number of works of diverse complexity in areas such as housing, health, corporate, educational, worship, etc. In 2003, a selection of works built by this office until 2003 was published.
